TRAINING SPECIALIST—1
FT, Waterloo Facility
Provide development, organization, and implementation of
the employee training programs to support all divisions
of the agency. Identify and engage internal and
outsourced instructors and recommend other forms of
training to suit agency needs. Prepare all training
materials and execute training programs to include New
Hire Orientation and Retail Training Program. Coordinate
and plan annual agency training. Facilitate on boarding
process for new hires to include pre-employment testing,
background checks, and paperwork assembly/review.
Responsible for all aspects of New Hire Orientation to
include set up and presentation of material. Bachelor’s
degree in related field or
equivalent experience. Relevant work experience
including some HR is preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency required,
experience with Publisher and Adobe InDesign preferred.

following company policies and safety
procedures to ensure store merchandise service.
Receive shipped merchandise. Ability to lift
