It’s holiday time! Time to shop. Time to cheer. And time to save!
We’re so busy checking off our lists — food, beverages, cookies, candy, gifts — that we can sometimes leave our holiday clothing shopping for last. I mean, do we really want to think about spending another penny? But if you take a trip to your local Goodwill you can choose some great holiday outfits for your kids without the same kind of guilt you may feel from overindulging in Christmas cookies!
So many girls love to dress up and I love the holiday outfits I picked for girls this year…
A shimmery grey and black bubble dress accompanied with a Christmas red shirt and jeggings. It’s sweet, festive and comfortable. I found the sweetest pair of silver, sparkly ballet flats to compliment the entire outfit. This entire ensemble rings in at under $10!
How about this sweet and feminine ivory dress covered in lace? So perfect for the holidays! The beaded handbag and patent-leather pearled shoes are the perfect compliment to this look that would make any young girl twirling with joy!
Layers on boys can turn a casual outfit into a dressier alternative for any event. Like this red woven half-zip and black button-up for instance. Take a pair of dark, slightly worn jeans to pair with the top and it gives this outfit a dressy, yet comfy look.
Turtlenecks always seem acceptable at any holiday event. They’re warm, comfortable and can easily be dressed up by layering a button-up on top.
This forest green turtleneck with black shirt is a great dressed up look for any hipster kid! Again, taking the equally hip jeans make this outfit seem effortless.
Remember, all kids clothing items are only $2.48 a piece. That’s a huge savings compared to retail markups!
Also, for a fabulous gift idea you can buy gift cards! Your favorite bargain shopper will thank you all year through!
Happy Holidays and Happy Shopping!
