Goodwill Announces 20th Anniversary Taste of Vintage Gala Fundraiser Set for Nov. 5

AKRON, Ohio — October 1, 2026 — Goodwill Industries serving Summit, Portage, Medina, Ashland and Richland Counties will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its signature Taste of Vintage gala fundraiser on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026. This special milestone event will honor all past Taste of Vintage Community Service Honorees and recognize the hundreds of vintage fashion show models whose support has helped advance Goodwill’s mission of helping individuals prepare for, find and retain employment.

“For 20 years, Taste of Vintage has brought our community together to create opportunities through the power of work,” said Nancy Ellis McClenaghan, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Akron. “As we celebrate this milestone, we are honored to recognize the community leaders, volunteers, models, donors and supporters who have made this event possible and whose generosity has helped transform lives through Goodwill’s mission. Their commitment has fueled the success of Taste of Vintage and strengthened our impact across the communities we serve.”
