2013 has been a particularly busy year for me. And I don’t know about you, but the holidays came extra fast this year. With that said, it’s a good time to slow down and reflect over the last few months. Here are a few items I purchased at Goodwill that helped get me through the busy season and will carry me through the chilly months ahead.
I have picked up a few really cute tops and cozy sweaters. One of my favorites is my ballet pink tunic top. It’s simple and great to throw on with black pants. leggings, or jeans. 
All of these items were extremely affordable (all under five dollars!) and versatile. I am always drawn to the styles you can switch up easily and wear often.
Lastly, I want to mention that the beginning of new year is always a great time to do a clean sweep in your home and donate the items you don’t use anymore. I’ve gathered about three bags that I am donating this week. It is even fun for my kids to join in the process and help me pick items that aren’t useful to us anymore. So when your thinking about your new year’s resolutions, don’t forget to include the Goodwill!
