AKRON, Ohio — December 13, 2021 — Goodwill Industries serving Summit, Portage, Medina, Ashland and Richland Counties signed a lease with Montrose Center Ltd.to move its blue /A GOODWILL® BOUTIQUE / to 3900 Medina Road, Copley, Ohio. The new location is expected to open mid-January 2022.
“The boutique in downtown Akron had a great run thanks to the gracious support of its customers, landlord, The City of Akron and Downtown Akron Partnership. The agency is optimistic about growing the boutique concept further in the Copley area,” said Cheryl L. Watkins, vice president, operations & logistics services, Goodwill Industries serving Summit, Portage, Medina, Ashland & Richland Counties. “This concept offers another type of shopping experience that is very different than our typical retail stores and whether shopping or donating to Goodwill, it all supports our mission of helping individuals prepare for, find and retain employment.”
According to Dan Marchetta Realty, Inc., “We welcome Goodwill’s boutique to our Montrose Center property at the corner of Medina and Cleveland-Massillon Roads in Copley. We’re excited to add its pedestrian traffic to our location and we also appreciate the agency’s service to the community.”
